The contract is these terms plus your order details. The order details are filled in
from this form; download the PDF to see them together.
1. The parties
This contract is between Yevhenii Otstavnov, trading as JetBox Digital (registered business name number 790626 at the Companies Registration Office, Ireland), Courtwood, Ballybrittas, Co. Laois, R32 V2T1, Ireland, hello@jetbox.ai, +353 85 114 0712 (“we”, “us”), and the client named in Schedule 1 (“you”).
2. What we provide
We provide the services described in Schedule 1, built on the project brief you gave us with your order. We carry them out within the time agreed with you in writing or, where no time was agreed, within a reasonable time. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and is only added with your agreement, as a new version of this contract.
3. How the contract is made and changed
Sending the order form is a request, not a contract. The contract is made when we confirm your order and you accept the confirmed price and payment plan on your order page. Where we confirm exactly the price and the number of payments you asked for, it is made when we confirm.
The price and the payment plan change only with your agreement, given on the order page. Each change creates a new version of this contract; earlier versions stay available on the order page.
4. Price
The price is the total in Schedule 1 and is the total payable. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added and none appears on our documents.
Where your order was based on an estimate from a calculator on our website, the price is the one we confirm, which you accept on the order page before you pay anything.
5. Payment
The price is divided into the parts shown in Schedule 1. You pay on your order page by card, through our payment provider Stripe, and you may pay one or more parts at a time, in order. The first part is paid before work starts.
Any amount still unpaid is due within 14 days after we mark the project as complete on the order page. If an amount is not paid by the date it is due — that date, or another we agreed with you in writing — we may pause work until it is paid. Each payment comes with a document showing what has been paid and what remains.
6. Your part
You provide the content, images, brand assets and access we need, and you confirm that you hold the rights to use them. Delays in providing material move the delivery date accordingly.
7. Delivery and review
You get a review round on the agreed deliverable. Reasonable adjustments within scope are included; changes that alter the scope are quoted separately.
If we receive no feedback within 14 days of delivery, the deliverable is treated as accepted.
8. Ownership
On full payment, you own the website content, the design produced for you, the source code we write for your project, the domain and the database, and we hand over everything you need to run them without us. We keep ownership of our own reusable components, tooling and know-how, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your project. Third-party components stay under their own licences.
9. Warranty
We fix defects in our own work reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge. This does not cover changes made by you or a third party, failures of third-party services, or hosting you manage yourself. Ongoing maintenance is available as a separate care plan.
10. Liability
Nothing in this contract limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited under Irish law. Otherwise our total liability under this contract is capped at the amount you have paid under it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data.
11. Ending the contract and refunds
Either side may end the contract in writing, including by a message on the order page. You pay for work completed and costs committed up to that point.
Refunds are agreed on the order page: we propose an amount with a breakdown of the work and costs deducted, and it is paid only after you agree. Money goes back to the card you used; if that cannot be done, we pay it back another way you agree to. A refund either reduces the price of the order or closes the order, and you receive a credit note for it.
12. How we communicate
Your order page, at the address we email you, is where we exchange messages, changes and documents. Access codes for it are sent only to the email address on the order. Changes to the price, the payment plan and your payments are also sent to you by email.
13. Personal data
We use your details to carry out this contract, as set out in our Privacy Policy at https://jetbox.ai/privacy-policy/. Payments are processed by Stripe.
14. Law and courts
This contract is governed by Irish law and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
15. Language
This contract is made in English. Any translation we provide is for convenience only, and the English text prevails.
16. The whole agreement
This contract, its schedules and our Terms of Service — as published at https://jetbox.ai/terms/ when this version was made, and attached to it — are the whole agreement between us. Where they differ, this contract prevails. This does not affect information we gave you before the contract was made that the law makes part of it.

As a consumer you also have the legal guarantee that the services conform to this contract, under Part 4 of the Consumer Rights Act 2022. This warranty is in addition to it and does not reduce it.
10. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was made.
Nothing in this contract limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
This section does not apply when you cancel under section 12, which has its own rules on refunds.
12. Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day the contract is made.
To cancel, you must tell us — Yevhenii Otstavnov, trading as JetBox Digital, Courtwood, Ballybrittas, Co. Laois, R32 V2T1, Ireland, hello@jetbox.ai, +353 85 114 0712 — of your decision by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model cancellation form in Schedule 2, but it is not obligatory. You can also use the “Cancel contract here” function on your order page; if you do, we send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication about your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
If you cancel, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are told of your decision to cancel. We use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We do not start work before the cancellation period ends unless you ask us to, which you can do when you first accept this contract on your order page. If you ask us to start within the cancellation period and then cancel, you pay us an amount in proportion to the services provided until you told us that you were cancelling, compared with the full coverage of the contract. Once the services have been fully provided at your request, you can no longer cancel.
13. How we communicate
Your order page, at the address we email you, is where we exchange messages, changes and documents. Access codes for it are sent only to the email address on the order. Changes to the price, the payment plan and your payments are also sent to you by email.
14. Personal data
We use your details to carry out this contract, as set out in our Privacy Policy at https://jetbox.ai/privacy-policy/. Payments are processed by Stripe.
15. Law and courts
This contract is governed by Irish law and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
As a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the EU country where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country.
16. Language
This contract is made in English. Any translation we provide is for convenience only, and the English text prevails.
For you as a consumer, nothing in the Terms of Service takes away or limits a right you have under this contract or the law, including your right to cancel under section 12; any term there that would do so does not apply to you.
