Terms of Service
1. Who these terms are with
These terms apply to services provided by JetBox AI Digital, a sole trader business of Yevhenii Otstavnov, established in Co. Laois, Ireland, and to your use of jetbox.ai. They are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
2. Quotes and scope
Prices published on this site are starting points, not offers. Every project begins with a written quote that states the scope, the price and the timeline. Work starts once you confirm that quote in writing.
Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is built. The estimate produced by the calculator on this site is indicative only and does not bind either side.
3. Your responsibilities
You provide the content, images, brand assets and access we need, and you confirm that you hold the rights to use them. Delays in providing material move the delivery date accordingly.
4. Payment
Unless the quote says otherwise, projects are invoiced 50% before work starts and 50% on delivery, payable within 14 days. Ongoing care plans are billed monthly in advance. VAT is added where applicable.
5. Delivery, review and revisions
You get a review round on the agreed deliverable. Reasonable adjustments within scope are included; changes that alter the scope are quoted separately. If we receive no feedback within 14 days, the deliverable is treated as accepted.
6. Ownership
On full payment, you own the website content, the design produced for you, the domain and the database. We keep ownership of our own reusable components, tooling and know-how, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your project.
Third-party components stay under their own licences.
7. Portfolio
We may name you as a client and show the delivered work in our portfolio, unless you ask us in writing not to.
8. Warranty and support
We fix defects in our own work reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge. This does not cover changes you or a third party make, failures of third-party services, or hosting you manage yourself. Ongoing maintenance is available as a separate care plan.
9. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited under Irish law. Otherwise our total liability for a project is capped at the fees you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data.
Where you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are unaffected.
10. Cancellation
Either side may end a project in writing. You pay for work completed and costs committed up to that point.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future projects. The version in force is the one published when your quote is accepted.
