What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot replies; an agent acts on your systems. It books the slot, writes the record, updates the CRM or hands the conversation over with the full context attached. Both are scoped as one automation and priced from €400.
Is it hosted in the EU, and does the EU AI Act apply?
Yes to both: EU hosting, on accounts held in your name. The transparency duty means people must be told they are speaking to a machine, and ours says so in its first line. We will not certify your compliance — that is a solicitor's job. Every trigger, the data it touches and its retention period are documented for you.
Can it connect to the systems we already run?
Anything with a documented API connects: CRM, accounting, calendars, spreadsheets, Telegram and email. A system without one is reviewed and costed before you pay for the attempt. Where the connector would cost more than the job it removes, you get that verdict in writing first.
What stops the assistant inventing a price or a promise?
It answers only from content you have approved. Prices, availability and policies are read from your own data, so they change the day you change them. Where it has no grounded answer, it says so and offers a person instead.
Will this replace someone on my team?
No — it removes the retyping, not the person. What goes is copying between systems, answering the same question at eleven at night and rekeying invoices into a spreadsheet. If the goal is cutting headcount, this is the wrong studio to ring.
