Moving in takes one paste into your DNS
- We copy your site to our server, test every page on a temporary address and send you two DNS records.
- You paste those two records into your domain provider's panel. Five minutes, once, and your side of the job is done.
- From that switch onward, hosting, certificates, backups, updates and monitoring are ours. You email edits and never open a hosting panel.

Does the plan include hosting?
Yes — hosting, certificates, backups, monitoring and updates sit inside the monthly figure. There is no second invoice from a hosting company and no third party to blame when something breaks. Your domain stays with your own registrar and is billed by them.
What do I have to do to move my site to you?
Paste two DNS records into your domain provider's panel. That takes five minutes and it is the only task on your side. We copy the site, test it on a temporary address and switch the domain once it works, so visitors see no gap.
What counts as a small edit?
Anything under thirty minutes that can be done in the admin. Text, prices, opening hours, photographs, a new team member, a document to publish. A new template, a new section or a new feature is quoted in writing before it starts.
What happens if my site is hacked while I am on a plan?
Restoring from a clean backup and closing the way in is included. Backups live off the server, so the copy does not go down with the machine. Forensic work or a rebuild after a serious compromise is quoted first. A site that arrived already infected is one-off work.
Can I leave, and what do I get if I do?
Month to month, no exit fee, and you leave with everything. That means the files, the database, the full media library and a written note on how the site is put together. Your domain was always registered to you, so nothing needs releasing.
